For our Dortmund site we are looking for a committed C++ programmer (m/f/d) to create technical applications (with an emphasis on the manufacturing industry). Understanding of technical workflows as well as solid programming knowledge are an absolute must. The work is carried out as part of a team of engineers, mathematicians and IT specialists. We need your support for creating customer-specific solutions and for the expansion of our product range. We offer a permanent position, flexible working hours and a pleasant work environment.

The operation of modern NC machines for tests conducted at BCT fascinates you just as much as the installation of systems at our customers worldwide! As an applications engineer, you supply the R&D staff with valuable input for the continuous improvement of our systems and you are working on customer projects. Apart from operating the NC machine, generating and testing NC programs (milling/welding) with modern CAD/CAM systems are part of your job profile. We assume that you are familiar with 5x milling machining. Proficiency in English is required, moreover, for our customer support activities.

We offer an exciting job profile which, owing to its diversity, is distinctly superior to normal machine operation.
